We have been celebrating Miss M's 2nd birthday for two weeks now, with just one more party at daycare on Friday for Miss M, Reese, and Mason, who are ALL turning two in March and are moving together to the "TWO'S" room. We will sadly miss the toddler teachers, Miss Jill, Miss Cheryl and Miss Tiffany, and the other Misses who substitute when one of them is off or ill.
On Saturday, the biggest day of all because it was actually her birthday, we went to Build-A-Bear and stuffed a tiger-striped kitty (and something else that we can't mention until the FedEx man delivers it to Auntie Mona in Montana), then went out to lunch and had ice cream. We also had cake after dinner and finished off the cake after breakfast with Aunt Steph and Otto on Sunday. Mr J has been pretty ambivalent about the whole occasion, but has been very cooperative with our parties and in our travels.
We are enjoying all of the new toys and clothes received as birthday gifts until the warm weather finally breaks, and we can go for walks or maybe even a bike ride?!? Hugs!!
